APAC IT Application Advisor

Reports to: APAC IT Manager

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Responsible for APAC Application Support and Project management

Key Responsibilities:

• Works closely with business process owners in Supply Management, Commercial, 3^rd party distributor in designing and configuring systems to fit the business process
• Ability to influence best practice and value stream design into systems
• Part of project team to implement system in APAC
• Vendor management in support of systems
• Project Manager for application projects
• Master one of the following JDE, NetSuite
• Identify business patterns and areas for improvement in business processes and enable technology to deliver value for business in alignment with Global IT
• Advocate for APAC ERP needs in Global ERP template
• Guide for Master Data lead to drive end to end process
• Standardise ERP reporting
• Designs and standardise the integration with 3^rd party logistics

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven strong business process understanding, data interpretation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Project management skill
• Strong business/financial acumen and senior stakeholders’ management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-initiation, good team leader and willingness to work under pressure
• Ability to manage conflict
• Fluent spoken/written English and Japanese, Chinese is plus

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and above holder in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Software engineering or equivalent.
• Good understanding on Pharmaceutical industry
• JDE/NetSuite Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Quality Management experience preferred
• Computer Systems Validation knowledge (CSV) is preferred
• At least 2 full cycles of ERP implementation
• PMP certification preferred
• More than 5 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to travel 15% when required
